Problem in installing plugin

There was an error during installing plugin WackyB Twitter Sync. The error box showed: "The installation of the Twitter Sync plugin has failed". I am using the lastest Y!M.Who can solve this problem? Thank you!

Ich habe das Programm bzw. Plugin WackyB Desktopslidshow gekauft und habe es installiert nur um den Code einbeben zu können fehlt das Fenster für die eingabe. Erroe Run Time 76 steht immer auf meinem Bildschirm was soll ich tun

Ich habe die Software WackyB Desktop Slideshow herrunter geladen und habe den Softwarecode gekauft. Nun ist es so wenn ich die Software aktivieren will und den Softwarecode eingeben möchte erscheint ein kleines Fenster darin steht ( Run-time error 76 Path not found ) kurz gesagt die Software ist nicht Vollständig. Ich bitte um Hilfe oder Rat. Ich habe das Betriebssystem Windows Vista.

Ok think some file clash when you install it. so go to control panel and check there old version is there or not. if it show there then uninstall it and go to program file and delete all the old version related file and restart PC. now try to install new version its working.
